In one of the most beautiful city parks, under the walls of the monumental Belgrade fortress, the premiere edition of the Street Food festival under the nickname "Gradski" is being held, which will mark the Belgrade summer and close the summer festival season in style! The festival starts on 22nd August at 17:00 at the Lower Town of Kalemegdan and will last until Sunday, 25th August at 02:00, and the main entrance to the festival will be at the Charles VI Gate. Entry to the festival area is of course free for all visitors, and the organizers announce the presentation of 20 great exhibitors from the Belgrade street food scene - representatives of different world cuisines, a zone with over 50 types of beer and a serious good time that Lower Town justifiably promises!

Why exactly "Gradski" (City)? Because it is part of the Old Town, because it is located in the Lower Town, because it is for the city team, because it is the city's largest outdoor pub with several thousand seats, because it will gather the whole city, but also because it is "gradski" (city style) to be on "Gradski"!

At this edition of the Street Food Festival, visitors can expect a spectacular offer of street food, including specialties of Japanese, Korean, Lebanese, Jamaican, American, Italian, Ugandan and local national cuisine with specialties such as sushi, poke, dumplings and spring rolls, shawarma and falafel, juicy burgers made from quality meat, Korean pancakes and traditional "topokki", Italian pizza Napolitana but also "Chicago-style pizza", the famous "corn dog", delicious homemade sausages inspired by various national cuisines, the well-known Belgrade dumplings, viral round croissants and more!

A special zone with selected craft beers from the domestic craft scene will delight all fans of this hop beverage, which festival visitors will have the opportunity to pair with specialties that belong to "pub" cuisine and beer consumption culture. The creators of these interesting craft labels will be available to visitors to offer advice on putting together the best tasting food and beer as well as to provide interesting information about the details of each of these craft products. In addition to the zone with craft beers, the festival will also present selected labels of industrial and imported beers, which will justify the adjective of the best on the market with their quality. We are sure that in these zones you will find your ideal combination to complete the hedonistic pleasure provided by "Gradski"!

The music program, which promises more than good entertainment, will take place from 17:00 to 02:00. For the premiere edition of the festival, "Gradski" has prepared a selection of amazing bands for visitors that promise a great concert and an unforgettable time, while there is also the support of DJs from the city's club scene who will further "spice up" the atmosphere with their musical selection.

"Gradski" is socially responsible. In cooperation with the company Ball Corporation and the project "Every can counts", we take care that our city remains, in the spirit of its name, the way it deserves to be - clean and white! That's why boxes for disposing of used aluminum packaging will be set up at several different points at the festival, and promoters will walk around with special backpacks in which visitors can dispose of used cans.

Also, Pixelata will be installed on the festival grounds - an art installation made of cans that will be painted by street artists, with which we want to inspire those present to recycle used aluminum cans in order to protect the environment, because environmental awareness, art and good fun is the "Gradski" (City) spirit!

Don't miss the opportunity to revive old memories and create new ones together. See you at lower Kalemegdan from 22nd to 25th August from 17:00 to 02:00!
