The Michelin guide was created long ago with the idea of making travel easier for drivers with the help of maps, recommendations for restaurants, hotels, shops and more. The creation of a useful guide was conceived by the brothers Andre and Edouard Michelin. Over time, their guide has become highly regarded in catering circles, and restaurants that receive the stars they award during their evaluations have become must-visit places.
