Burgeraj - heaven for burgers is coming to Vracar

Great news coming from burger heaven! From 8th to 10th September, burger heaven is coming to Vracar for the first time because that is when the third Burgeraj begins - the well-known burger festival that will be held for the first time in the new core of festival events, on the plateau near Kalenic, more precisely on the corner of Kursulina and Krunska streets.

Like the last year's one, the festival will present a selection of great Belgrade burgers that will be prepared on the spot by real masters of their craft, and every visitor will be able to find a burger for themselves, whether they prefer a classic or smash burger, beef, smoked, angus or vegetarian, because there is definitely an ideal burger for everyone!

During all three days of the festival, visitors can expect a music program with the support of well-known names from the city's DJ scene, a large chill out zone for relaxing and enjoying the charm of the streets of Krunski venac.

Burgeraj also pays attention to environmental protection and is one of the first festivals in Europe that tries to minimize the use of plastic packaging during the festival. That is why at Burgeraj, with the support of partners, only Ball Aluminum Cup - cups made of pure aluminum - will be used this year. These cups can be recycled, just like aluminum cans, an unlimited number of times with minimal waste. The goal of this initiative, which is part of the "Every can counts" project, is to raise awareness about environmental protection and the importance of recycling and the circular economy for the preservation of planet Earth. The project "Every can counts" is implemented in Serbia and 19 other countries around the world.

Another socially responsible action will be realized at Burgeraj in cooperation with the representatives of the most successful domestic e-sports team, which will surely delight all gaming fans with their presence at the festival, and the Z10 burger, which was specially designed for this occasion, will be sold at one of the exhibitor positions during all three festival days. Part of the funds collected from the sale will be forwarded directly to the humanitarian association EHLS (E-sport Humanitarian League of Serbia) with the aim of drawing attention to the importance of e-sports and raising awareness among younger generations about the importance of social responsibility towards the most vulnerable groups and individuals.
