Hills Up Festival, organized at Zlatibor, this year is held from 13th to 15 July. The beauty of this event is reflected in the excellent musical performances of performers from various musical genres in the natural architecture which is absolutely fabulous. The organizers announced that this, fourth edition is the richest so far, and it managed to gather the best artists from the electronic, rock and hip-hop scene.
The DJs and producers, who justifiably bear the title of the best, will be residents of the favorite Serbian mountain. Shuma stage, the main stage of electronic sound will become the best club in the country where Lea Dobricic, Marko Nastic, Dejan Milicevic, Ilija Djokovic, Kristijan Molnar, Marko Milosavljevic, Mene, M.U.T.O.R., Dumanya, Peter Portman, Srdjan Krcmar and Lena Glish will play selected sets.
Main stage has prepared a spectacular list of rock performers, and the beginning of every night is reserved for the performances of demo bands that have provided a place on the main stage through a competition. The stars that lead the central events are Goran Bare and the mothers, the reggae innovation Irie FM, the iconic Atomsko skloniste, Let 3, Elemental, Zap me strobe, the energetic Mortal Kombat and the new wave of rock sounds Straight Mickey and Boyz. It is certain that concerts of legendary bands such as Ateist rep, Dza ili bu, Obojeni program, Ortodoks Kelts and always excellent Kanda Kodza and Nebojsa will make the biggest crowd in the forest idyll.
Hip hop sensations that will be presented to the audience at the main stage are also Prti Be Ge and Who See. Popular guys from Montenegro are currently on a tour promoting the latest album.
In addition to the exceptional music programme, the Hills Up Festival organizes numerous workshops and sports events. As every year so far, this year, a tournament in basket 3x3 will be held, and for those in the top form, a race in the mountain orienteering will be organized. An authentic spectacle at the popular destination is another one in a series of summer festivals that attracts a large number of foreign tourists to visit Serbia and get to know the rich culture and tradition, enjoy the music of domestic origin and naturally try national culinary specialties.
