The monument is located in the Park prijateljstva (Friendship Park) at Usce (Confluence) and it was built in memory of the victims of the NATO bombing of the former FR Yugoslavia. The monument was solemnly discovered on 12th June 2000 - on the occasion of the anniversary of the end of the NATO aggression. The memorial is 30 meters high, and the torch is 4.7 meters. After reconstruction in 2009, the torch has not been lit to this day.
