The green market Zvezdara, better known as Cvetko's market, has been at today's location since the period before the World War II. Previously, it was located across the street right next to the famous and historically important tavern "Cvetkova mehana" (Cvetko's Tavern). Because of its position, it has always been a popular destination for the purchase of fresh quality cheese, brandy and wines from all over Serbia.
Good reputation for good purchase has been kept up to the present day, and most often the local products of peasants from the surrounding suburban municipalities can be purchased. Adaptation in 2017 brought modern stalls, additional installation of 24 stalls for the sale of craft products, new pavement and decorated dairy hall.
